Not to be confused with the Terran Tintagel, this land of the fey is sort of a cross bewteen Tír na nÓg and Tintagel, but instead of being on the far edges of the world or associated with Avalon, this is where the fey from our universe exist (smack in the middle of Ireland, as it were). Home to Millifiori, Guardian of the Thousand Flowers, you can't get here by any means but magic, and only then by accident or if you're powerfull enough that you can see the entryway. Step into a fairy ring, daydream too long under an oak tree, or spy them dancing some hallowed night, and you may find them. Have a care not to linger too long; time spent here is longer than time spent in the mortal realm. Don't eat or drink anything offered here either, unless you're of a mind to stay forever.

FoxFire gently lays his daughter on her bed, and smiles at her. "You must truly have loved him, whoever did this to you, to brave death itself. Be at peace, my darling girl, for you are home, where you belong." He nodded to Hoffnung, thanking him for making it possible to save Flowers. He hoped that the reality reset didn't upset the planet they were on overmuch, but it seemed such a sad place, perhaps the reset had given them a measure of peace. Looking at Spinner, he said, "I trust you can help me sort some of these goings on out?"

Flowers was crying, and her bed began to overflow with flowering vines, foxgloves, morning glories, and especially snapdragons. She simply nodded when her father spoke, and tried to cry herself to sleep. She knew in her heart she'd never see Araia again, and there was small chance of ever seeing her friends in Beyond. She couldn't even tell them goodbye... crying harder, she was soon covered up to her neck, and fell into a troubled sleep, surrounded by her precious charges.

Spinner hushed her mate and shooed both men away, giving her daughter space and time to grieve. Ushering them both into the great halls, she said quietly, "Our poor Milli... who knows how long it will take for her heart to mend? He was strange, but she loved that boy with all her heart." As she walked, she explained everything she'd seen, been told, and heard while in the curious, fierce, sad world of Beyond.

A portal opened to the world of Tintagel. It looked more like an odd, circular bolt of lightning than anythign else, and would most likely be a sorce of interest to any guardians of the gates the might be swimming about. Out stepped Miaka, determination in her features. She MUST find Flowers, and soon.
As the portal crackled shut behind her. she waited..knowing better then to venture within the lands without being "interrigated" first.

A bright blue faerie no taller than Miaka's knees came buzzing out of the doors of Flowers' house and was shouting, "But no one TOLD me it was for later, so I ATE IT!!!" and ploughed straight into Miaka. Her eyes went wide, and she looked a little hopped up on...who knew what as she shouted, "MOOOOOOOOOOM, DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD, THERE'S A STRANGER HERE AND SHE'S REALLY BIG AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE CAME FROM BUT SHE SMELLS LIKE A WOLF BUT SHE'S NOT A FAERIE AND SHE'S REALLY PRETTY AND I BET SHE'S HERE TO SEE YOU!!!" Out of breath, she landed for all of five seconds, then shot into the air and raced off, calling out, "Bye!"

Miaka was expecting some regal, dominereing, or maybe even hostile native of the land to point a spear at her and demand answeres when Bang! She was crashed into this child-fey that looked to be slightly "odd" in her line of thought. Blinking curiously, and eyes wide, she tried to comprehend and pick out actual words from the fey's ramblings. Eventually she got the point and was about to say something-most likely some sort of greeting- but the fey flew off leaving, Miaka stark faced and positivly dumbfounded.
"Um....?" Was all she could manage.

Barely having gotten the whole story (at least what Spinner was aware of) about the reality in Beyond Hoffnung just reset, FoxFire was about to ask more questions when he heard his youngest child bellow. Bellow? No, that child must have beansidhe in her blood. Following the sound of her hyperactive caterwauling, he leaves Spinner with Hoffnung and goes to see who the visitor is.
When he gets outside, he isn't surprised to see that his get is nowhere in sight, but he politely says to the newcomer, "Hello, who are you, and what business have you here?" He was never one to mince words, and he still had a lot of questions that needed answering, but this wolfess (for that is the nature he could sense within her, without his daughter declaring it to half of Tintagel) appeared to be here on matters of some urgency.

Miaka got right to the point, as politly as she could, of course, "I sir, am Miaka. A friend of Flowers....I am here to confirm things...If she is able." It was confusing to her to try and explain what she wanted with Floweres, when she hereslf didnt know, " I apologise, but Ill just speak frankly...Im from Beyond, and it is my understanding an event has taken place there that has made all of us somewhat...shaken, and forgetfull of the past. People keep spekaing of some time shift, but this is beyond my understanding...All Im here for is, to see if Floweres could help..." IT was very apperent that her intention was not hostile.

Surprised that anyone from Beyond not only managed to find Tintagel, but had enough memory of Hoffnung's reset to have the gumption to seek Millifiori out, he said, "Well, actually, my eldest daughter is the reason your reality was shift back a couple of days and reset, but it's really reality magic rather than temporal..." Shaking himself, he said, "Perhaps you'd better come inside, we can explain it better if we're all in one room." His youngest's dust must still be in the air, addling his brain, which reminded him of his manners, "Oh, and please forgive our youngest child's...enthusiasm when she greeted you. I'm afraid she and her elder sister Millifiori are as different as night and day." That was putting it lightly. He held the door open, and gestured for her to enter.

Flowers languished in her bed, unaware that her charges would have been crushed by her thrashing had they not been sentient. Suddenly, every plant in her room shot away from her, and reverted to seeds on the floor. In her own home, on her own world, she was more formiddable when it came to her plant magic, and right now, she was having a terrible dream. She was reliving the moment she'd tried to call Araia back to himself, and after he struck her into the ground, she was able to SEE herself being turned to stone as she lay there dying, wings smashed beyond repair. A voice that was singular yet legion began singing eerily to her, and it was as though it was singing above her and in the center of her brain at the time:
Corrupt You're corrupt Bring corruption to all that you touch Hold You behold And beholden for all that you've done And spin Cast a spell Cast a spell on the country you run And risk You will risk You will risk all their lives and their souls
And burn You will burn You will burn in hell, yeah you'll burn in hell You'll burn in hell Yeah you'll burn in hell For your sins
And our freedom's consuming itself What we've become It's contrary to what we want
Take a bow
Death You bring death, and destruction to all that you touch Pay You must pay You must pay for your crimes against the earth Yeah hex Feed the hex Feed the hex on the country you love
Now beg You will beg You will beg for their lives and their souls
Now burn You will burn You will burn in hell, yeah you'll burn in hell You'll burn in hell Yeah you'll burn in hell You'll burn in hell Yeah you'll burn in hell For your sins...
She cringed inside the stone that was her skin, and beg she did. Moaning in her sleep, thrashing, she cried out, begging forgiveness for not being able to save Araia, for not being strong enough to protect everyone...for not being strong.

Spinner was sitting in the meeting hall with Hoffnung waiting for her husband to come back when she heard Milli screaming. They looked at each other and bolted towards her room, and when the saw the floor littered with seeds, Spinner's spiders flowed from her like a thick carpet being unrolled. They gathered every tiny seed, and somehow knew which seed belonged in which leather pouch, which hung from tiny hooks on her wall. The entire wall was soon a mass of spiders and leather as they sorted the seeds and deposited them safely, so Spinner could get to the bed without harming them. She sat gently and restrained her daughter, calling out to her to wake, tears of anger and fear welling in her eyes at the state her precious Milli had been reduced to. She didn't know what she was dreaming about, but she could guess, and she looked helplessly at Hoffnung as she held her daughter, begging her to wake. "Was it a mercy," she asked quietly, "to let her live?" Hoffnung couldn't answer her.

Flowers finally woke up, tightly held in her mother's arms. "I couldn't!" she cried out, struggling, her eyes still not seeing, "I tried, I gave every ounce of my spirit, all of my love, I couldn't..." her tears fell as seeds, unable to flower when she was in this state of grief, "He's gone, and I couldn't save him." It didn't matter to her that he almost killed her, what mattered to her was that with all her love, all her power as the Guardian of the Thousand Flowers, she couldn't bring Araia back to himself. "He's gone forever, Mother," she sobbed as she went limp, finally seeing her, and realizing she was home, not in Beyond. "Everything beautiful in my life is gone."

Spinner, wondering what in Tintagel could be keeping her husband, shushes her and tries to comfort her, "No, no, my darling Milli, you did the very best you could, I was so proud of you! And...and I...he wasn't himself, my love. Please try to remember that. What you saw, that was not him. It couldn't have been." She hugged her tight, and said, "And besides...you have a beautiful little sister, so not all beauty is gone from you." Not the way she wanted to break the news that in her absence, Spinner had given birth to another girl, Hectic Snapdragon.

Flowers is shocked into silence, but not for long. "I have a what??" Since when? She thought about how long she'd been gone, and it made sense. Years elsewhere were hundreds of years in Tintagel; her sister could be at least 500 by now. "Well...well where is she, what is her name, what does she look like?" She hiccoughs, her sadness only slightly stemmed for the moment, as curiosity wins out.
