There are no venomous reptiles, amphibians, birds, marine life or mammals in Beyond, and the Dragons and Avians are at the top of the food chain with no natural enemies except Raiders, which aren't exactly 'natural' enemies.
There are small mammals on all the continents, mostly rodent like and a few small caprine species, but there are no cervine, bovine, feline, lupine or vulpine animals, nor are there any equines. Hunters from the clutches tend to travel to the common realms via portals to bring back venison, which is the favored game of Avians and Dragons alike. All in all, the denizens of this planet who eat meat are restricted to the rodentia and fish. The herbivores have a much more vast selection of foods, given the lush flora and great weather year round.
There are small birds that live on all continents, and are considered "cousins" by Avians. They are not preyed upon for obvious reasons, but have shorter life spans than their Earthly counterparts, so overpopulation is not a problem. There are aquatic mammals and of course fish, but nothing that resembles the animals on earth. Few have ever seen one of the mammals up close, they only surface for air, it seems, so not much is known about them. Again, there are no natural predators in the ocean, and the fish population is heavily controlled by the Cormorant clutch, a very much sea going clutch of Avians. Since the main creatures of Beyond are winged, not not much has ever happened in the way of making boats, other than by Fledglings of both races for fishing, so the ocean yet remains relatively unexplored.
